Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel an order online free of charge any time before it enters fulfillment — go to My Orders and click Cancel. The refund is issued to your original payment method immediately.

30-Day Return Window

Once your order has shipped, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Because our orders ship directly from fulfillment centers, return instructions vary by item — contact us and we will arrange the correct return process and cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number. We will reship or refund at your choice.
