Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with selected carriers also serving international destinations. Available options and costs are calculated live at checkout based on your items and address.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a shipping notification with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 8–15 business days to the US. Faster options (5–10 business days) are available at checkout for select items. Delivery estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order and are shown before payment. Some items ship free; any free-shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you can follow your package from My Orders or the link in your shipping email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Duties & Taxes

US orders: applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the carrier upon delivery.
